Who is Jesus?
This seems like a silly question since everybody
knows “Jesus” as the son of God. That is because
all of the Bibles say it is his name.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold,
the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a
dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear
not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that
which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt
call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people
from their sins.
Unfortunately, the Bibles are all wrong!
According to experts, that is NOT the name of God’s son!
“It is interesting to note – that throughout his life –
the one now known as Jesus Christ never did hear
himself called by that name.”
– “Man’s Great Adventure,”
by Edwin W. Pharlow, professor of history,
Ohio State University.
That is because God’s son was born of Jewish parents
who did not know the Greek langauge.
“Jesus. That was a name given to him many years after
His death. Rome wanted to remove any Jewishness from
the new church. They eliminated His Jewish name and
blended the name of Zeus in order to make it comfortable
for all those who had previously worshipped the Greek
and Roman gods. Since Zeus was the top god of their
experience, attaching the name Ioesus (hail Zeus) to
Yahshua – gave Him top priority in the worship hierarchy.”

What is Christ’s real name – his Jewish name?
“Jesus – In Hebrew it is the same as Joshua.
In two places [Acts 7:45 and Hebrews 4:8]
in the New Testament it is used where it
means Joshua, the leader of the Jews into
Canaan, and in our translation the name
Joshua should have been retained.”

What was that again?
(Joshua) Yahshua/Yahushua/Yahoshua,
is the correct Name for the Savior. In all
spellings and pronunciation, the Name is
rendered to mean “salvation of YAH” or
“YAH’S salvation/ (His) Savior.” The Name
(Joshua) in its fullest translation means,
“He (YAH) shall save His people. (Yah or Jah
– is an abbreviation for Jehovah) (Just as
Yeshua (Joshua) is an abbreviation for
Yehoshuah or Jehoshuah) – (meaning –
The Salvation of Jehovah – or Jehovah’s
Savior).”

What does the name, “Jesus” mean, in Greek?
“It is known that the Greek name endings with sus,
seus, and sous were attached by the Greeks to names
and geographical areas as means to give honour to
their supreme deity, Zeus.”
-Dictionary of Christian Lore and Legend
Professor J. C. J. Metford
“Some authorities, who have spent their entire lives
studying the origins of names believe that “Jesus”
actually means – “Hail Zeus!” For Iesous in Greek
IS “Hail Zeus.” “Ie” translates as “Hail” and
“sous” or “sus” translates as Zeus. The English
name “Jesus”, therefore, stems etymologically from
“Jupiter-Zeus” the chief god of the ancient Greek
Olympus.”

Are the experts sure that God’s son is not named Jesus?
Jehoshua was the name given to Christ by
his heavenly Father, Jehovah God. Many years
after his death – Rome changed his name to
suit their pagan heritage and to please their
pagan converts. “Ieous” was Greek for “Hail
Zeus”, which was translated later into English
as “Jesus”. And this error has continued to the
present. “The name Joshua (Jehoshua) derives
its greatest importance and highest sanctity
from the fact that it was sacredly chosen as the
name to be borne by the Messiah. This name was
corrupted and altered in time into the name Jesus.”

“The name that American Christians use
for the Messiah is Jesus. This is a derivation
of Iesus which is literally translated from
Greek as ‘Hail, Zeus’. Using “SUS” at the end
of the word is related to Zeus. When Constantine
proclaimed Christianity as the state religion
of Rome on his deathbed in 300 AD, he changed
the names of the Roman gods to become names of
Catholic deity and saints. It merged paganism
with Christianity and distorted the Gospel
message. Christ’s real name in english would
be “Joshua” (or Jehoshua) – the Messiah.”

“”Je-Sus”; “Je” (Ie) in Greek meaning “hail”
and “Sus” (Zeus) meaning hail Zeus. The Greeks
used the ending –sus in naming many of their
towns to give homage to their main deity Zeus.
Thus, by following modern traditions,
we may actually be praising a Pagan God.”

“The Hebrews called their coming Savior, the Messiah,
Jahshuawah (Jehoshua). The disciples of the Savior
accepted Him as such, and to them He was known as
Jahshuwah the Messiah. The Greeks, however, rejected
the Hebrew name, and called Him (IESOUS-Jesus) instead.”
– The Origin of Christianity by A.B. Traina
“In the 1611 KJ New Testatment the name Yahshua
(Yehoshua) appeared originally wherever the Messiah
was spoken of. Yehoshua means Yehovah’s (Jehovah’s)
Salvation. Later the Messiah’s name was replaced with
Iesus (Greek) which later in the 1600’s it became Jesus
starting with the new English letter ‘J’ which was introduced
at that time. Further, the Greek ‘Iesus’ comes from the name
Zeus, the ruling God in the Greek pantheon.”

Christ’s name (Jehoshua) is of Hebrew origin and is taken
from the name Yehoshua, which in English is often translated
as Joshua. Yehoshua, in Hebrew means “Yehovah Saves”.

“Many people think that we are just trying to be different and make
another cult, but let us examine the facts. It is admitted that the
Saviour never heard himself addressed as Jesus Christ, not even
when Greeks went to Philip and said, “We would see Yahushua”
(John 12:20-21). The Greek proselytes knew him as Yahushua,
and as the Messiah, for there is no other NAME under heaven,
given unto men, whereby we must be saved. The name “Jesus”
was never applied to the Saviour during His lifetime, nor for nearly
300 years after His death and resurrection.”

Greeks and Romans, who hated the Judeans (Jews), and

So who is Jesus – really?
“The Church of Rome borrowed her doctrine of the
Divinity of Christ from the pagans and the way they
worshipped their pagan gods, as half human and half
god. Their adoration of Jesus as a man-god was almost
identical to their devotions to the ancient pagan gods.”
-Pagan Origin of Partialist Doctrines
By John Claudius Pitrat Published 1871
“The cult that arose in Babylon and spread its cult tentacles
throughout the world was trinitarian (Two Babylons, by
Alexander Hislop). At first, this doctrine was merely humanism,
man making himself god. The first humanism trinity of record
to be setup and worshiped as gods, was that of Nimrod,
Simeramus, and Tammuz. These are in the Old Testament in
the Canaanite language identified as Baal, Ashtoreth, and
Tammuz. At the dispersion of the people at the Tower of Babel,
this trinity doctrine of humanism was spread all over the world.
Each religion of all the pagan religions held two common traits:
1.) A trinity of gods and; 2.) These were in a form of human gods.”

Is it important to stop calling God’s son “Jesus”?
Why should we call him by his actual name?
“For the Scripture says… ‘everyone who calls
on the name of Jehovah will be saved.'”
(Romans 10:11,13) (NWT)
“For I have come to you in my Father’s name…”
(John 5:43) (NLT)
…and that name is not “Jesus”. Jesus is an unimportant
man-made Greek god.
“On that day of judgment,” says the LORD, “I will punish the leaders…
and all those following pagan customs.”
(Zephaniah 1:8) (New Living Translation)
The Son of God – Jehoshua Christ – has a mission…
29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven
and destroyed them all. 30 “It will be just like this on the day the Son of
Man is revealed.
(Luke 17:29-30) (NIV)
37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the
Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating
and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah
entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen
until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at
the coming of the Son of Man.
(Matthew 24:37-39) (NIV)
Now we know that “Jesus” is an unimportant
man-made Greek god.
How do Christians end their prayers to their God?
With another unimportant god?
Amen
According to the online Encyclopedia Wikipedia:
Amun (also spelled Amon, Amoun, Amen, and rarely Imen,
Greek Ἄμμων Ammon, and Ἅμμων Hammon, reconstructed
Egyptian Yamānu) was the name of a deity, in Egyptian mythology,
who gradually rose to become one of the most important deities in
Ancient Egypt, before fading into obscurity.
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amun
“AMEN: In Egyptian Mythology, the mighty one (god) of life and procreation
…later identified with the Sun-god as the supreme deity of Egypt, and was
called ‘Amen-Ra’.”
-Funk & Wagnalls Standard College Dictionary
ARE YOU SAYING “AMEN” – IN IGNORANCE?
By ending our prayers in ‘amen’… one could very well ask,
“Have we been misled to invoke the name of the Egyptian
‘Sun-god’ at the end of our prayers?”
-United Hebrew Congregation Charles J. Voss
It is common to end a discourse on spiritual matters, (or end a prayer)
with (the word) “Amen”. Few of us realize that the word ‘Amen’ is an
Egyptian word. It refers to the Egyptian god of Thebes. The Hebrews
adopted the word and it passed into Christian use as “Amen”. It is a
petition for (the god – Amen) to fulfill our words.
– MYSTIC GIFTS FROM ANCIENT EGYPT By
Dr John Palo ; 1999
The Israelite exiles from Egypt knew that Jehovah was not the same as
the Egyptian god Aten, and so they presumed he must be the equivalent
of the great State God of Egypt. It was decided, therefore, to add the
name of that State-god of Egypt to all prayers thereafter, and the name
of that Egyptian god was “Amen”. To this day, the name of Amen is still
recited at the end of prayers in both Jewish and Christian religions.
– Genesis of the Grail Kings
by Sir Laurence Gardner; pg. 6
Finally, we may note that the word “Amen” occurs in gnostic spells…
especially of Egyptian origin, and a sort of magical efficacy seems to
have been attributed to this word.. The practice of answering “Amen”
at the end of prayers appears in the Canons of Hippolytus (No. 146)
and in the Egyptian Church Order (p. 101).
– New Advent Catholic Encyclopedia
Thurston, Herbert. “Amen.”
The Catholic Encyclopedia.
Vol. 1. New York: Robert Appleton Company, 1907.
When we did it in ignorance, maybe God looked past that. But now that
you know the truth, what will you do? Will you continue to use the name
of a pagan god to close your prayers? Is it too hard to change that now?
Because you’ve been using the ‘amen’ tradition for a long time – will you
rationalize and justify why you keep on invoking the name of the Egyptian
god, Amen? Will you find a pastor or teacher to reassure you that “it’s okay
to say ‘amen’ – Or will you give thanks to God for revealing His truth and stop
using the name of a pagan god?”
-And they all Said, “AMEN”
by J.D. Roberts
No other “god” of the Egyptians has left so indelible a stamp upon the world –
as this First Father of the Egyptian gods, known as Ammon, Amon and Amen
which means “THE ONE HIDDEN WITHIN,” Amen’s spell is so mighty that over
twenty centuries after his last Sanctuary was abandoned to the desert sands,
every Judeo-Christian prayer that is uttered – still whispers his name in closing.
– The Egyptian Mystical Rites
by Jerry Clifford Welch
…this is what was said through the prophet Joel, “And in the last days,” God says…
everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.”
(Acts 2:16,17,21) (New World Translation)
Why is it important to eliminate the gods “Jesus”
and “Amen” from our worship of Jehovah?
1 And God spake all these words, saying, 2 I am Jehovah thy God,
who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
(Exodus 20:1-3) (ASV)
What if the people of the world do not want to hear
about this extremely important information?
“But you shall speak My words to them whether they listen or not..”
(Ezekiel 2:7) (NASB)
To you, O men, I call out; I raise “MY VOICE” to all mankind.
(Proverbs 8:4)
“…the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, Son of man,
I have made thee a watchman… therefore hear the word at
my mouth, and give them warning from me.”
(Ezekiel 3:16,17) (ASV)
O thou that tellest good tidings… get thee up on a high mountain…
lift up “THY VOICE” with strength; lift it up, be not afraid…
(Isaiah 40:9)
27 So they brought them and set them before the council
(Sanhedrin). And the high priest examined them by
questioning,“We definitely commanded and strictly charged
you not to teach in or about this Name; yet here you
have flooded Jerusalem with your doctrine and you intend
to bring this [a] Man’s blood upon us. Then Peter and the
apostles replied, We must obey God rather than men!”
(Acts 5:27-29) (Amplified Bible)
Why is this important information being revealed
to the world now?
“For everything that is hidden or secret will eventually be brought
to light and made plain to all.”
(Luke 8:17) (New Living Translation)
What else do we need to know?
“Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the
fierce anger of Jehovah come upon you, before the day of Jehovah’s anger
come upon you. Seek ye Jehovah, all ye meek of the earth, that have kept
his ordinances; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye will be hid
in the day of Jehovah’s anger.”
(Zephaniah 2:2,3) (ASV)
9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
